This is a very old course with typical small greens, but in excellent condition. In 2012, a blight struck the course killing off most of the fairways and greens. It was all reseeded and closed down and allowed to grow in. The result is lush fairways and true greens. Longest par 5 is 600 yards. Lots of mature trees and green-side bunkers. Not many fairway bunkers. More difficult than the companion Prairie course.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
