Unbelievably terrible service! Just moved to Syracuse from NYC three weeks ago. Called and booked tee time, told me course schedule was "wide open" all day.
Arrived at course to discover tournament was scheduled. Went to tee off and discovered 3 groups of 4 waiting to tee off ahead of me. Asked manager for refund or rain check, he was extremely rude and reluctant. He tried to tell me there was no tournament going on. There was a putting, closest to hole and long drive contest plus a tournament sign. I've played golf for over 20 years and know a tournament when I see one.
He then had the audacity to tell me "this ain't New York City kid." First of all, I grew up in St. Lawrence County, second of all I'm close to 30 and not a "kid." Manager finally gave me a rain check but was a coward and would not even look me in the eye while being a complete wanker.
