This course is a very well maintained course-- I mean manicured to near perfect if not perfect. Fairway runs well, greens are smooth during many times I've been on it.
Although the housing development hasn't started, there are no homes as of yet. Greens fee on this course varies from the low $100 down to $40ish as it follows the season their location is in.
The overall course looks pretty and has an ok out, only because of the cumbersome holes in front where it gets tight and can almost get dangerous for players on both fairways. Other than that, it's fine all around with a great finishing hole.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
