Have been playing this course on an annual basis for 10 years. Conditions range from windy to "way too windy", but when you are playing in paradise who really minds. The course is challenging, and there can be slow play at times, however should you choose to play at 7am and be the first ones out...............it's heaven.
The Beach Course signature #4 (the old #12) is a left dog-leg into the ocean wind, it is as picturesque as it is challenging.
The prices are more than competetive when you own timeshare property with the Hilton properties. One of the reasons we purchased.

Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
