The rough was deep enough that you would have to be on top of a ball to see it at times. Probably deeper than it needed to be for recreational golfers. I'm all for a challenge, but the course is difficult enough without letting the rough grow that high. Looking for balls less than 3 yards off the fairway slowed the pace of play. Otherwise, it's a great setup.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Difficulty, Layout, Price, Ambiance, No Houses on Course
