Normal price of greens fees is too high ( I paid less with a discount). The HOA has taken over this course and are trying to make improvements such as filling in GUR areas, minimizing weeds and making fairways and greens better. A challenging layout, with too many mogul type hills which make shots off the fairway even worse. I live in Newport News and have played it 4 times this year, my overall rating is 5 out of 10. that means it is average for the price, others in the vicinity are preferable for me.
