This is a great layout that has no boring holes and several quirky challenges as well as some over-powering length. The greens are very good putting surfaces, but they are not firm enough. For a course of this caliber, the fairways are terribly sparse, too moist and the ball never sits up. As a result, it is difficult to spin the ball or ever get a decent feel with the ball coming off the club face.
The staff is pleasant and accomodating and the clubhouse is old but adequate. The cost of membership is not outlandish, but it does warrant better playing conditions.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
