some say this place can be slow, and i have played 5-hr rounds here myself on other days, particularly weekends when it is very busy. however, on the wednesday that i played there last, we never waited on a hole. the main reason for slow play at El Dorado is that they have a lot of trees on every hole and balls tend to get lost in the rough, which often is covered with leaves. so, there ya have it!
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Difficulty, Layout, No Houses on Course
