I'm a little biased (home course) but honestly the greens are in great shape and the fairways are running firm (not hard) and are well maintained. Trees come into play and although it appears to be fairly straight forward layout they will come into play. Wind is almost always a factor and there are two great risk/reward par 4's and a nice mix of par 5's. Hole 14 always presents a challenge - par is like a birdie there.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
