As one of the oldest courses in the Phoenix area, it's a step back in history as many of the homes and course features are 50+ years old. Some upgrades are happening in the Pro Shop/Snack bar area which look promising. Course condition is much better than a few years ago since new sprinkler systems were installed on both the front and back. For $26, you get a $26 experience.
