This is a great Tim Cate layout with several picturesque and challenging holes - (2,3,8,9,15,17). My one criticism is that hole 18 is a par 3, but that is just a pet peeve of mine. Other great Tim Cate courses in the area include Tigers Eye, St James Players Club, Leopards Chase, and Thistle. The course was in phenomenal condition. The fairways were like carpet and the greens were very fast(11) and true. While there were some difficult hole locations none of them were unfair. The only drawback of our round was all the land clearing taking place to install new roads for houses. While it wasn't distracting, it certainly has taken away from the natural beauty of the course. All in all, if you are in the area and want to play a really nice golf course this is it.

Would travel: 30-60 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level, Best course in the area
