River Oaks Golf Course is awesome for beginners and those wanting to practice their short game. 65-70% of the game is the short game. The "top" half is all par 3's while the "bottom" offers a few short par 4's. The staff are all top quality. This is at least a 3-time a month play course for me. I took a friend there this weekend and we had a blast. Any parents in the area interested in getting their kids into the game, this is the place. A true gem and one of my favorite local spots to play.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
