I have played more than 400 public and private golf course in the Northern California Golf Association. I would rank this course in my top 5 played along with Spyglass Hill, Mayacama, SF Golf club to name a few. The conditons of the course were suberb. The greens were very quick and are easy to three putt. Playing in high altitudes is always a treat off the tee. Nice views, with memorable par 3's and the tee shot from the back tees on hole number 10 is one you will not forget. The Fazio layout is one that you can score with some guidance. I played with a member that was an excelent guide on the driving lanes to maximize roll.
The clubhouse, food and beverage services, and the staff were outstanding. If you can get an invite from a member, do not pass this golf gem up.
Would travel: 120-300 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Best course in the area
