Course is short but greens are very demanding, severe in a few cases. Conditioning is lees than ideal, little to no grass in fairways, rough is truly rough, and greens can border on the unfair with some pin locations. Pricing makes it a good bargin, but you can get some nasty bounces that unreward your good shots.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
