I had purchased a round for two with cart at a local charity fundraiser. Play was backed up from hole #1. It took over two 1/2 hours to get through 9 holes. I had an appointment at 7PM and knew I would not be able to finish the back in an hour left to go. The club house would not issue me a voucher for the back nine. I emailed the course manager asking to be compensated for the back nine and have yet to get a reply from him. I wouldn't play this course again if it was free and they provided beers afterwards.
