Concordia is a private club in a 55 and over housing development. Houses on the course generally do not come into play unless the shot is extremely errant.
The layout is fair. The course is about 6100 yards from the back tees with a slope rating of 120. However, this course plays much harder than its rating because of the frequent windy conditions and the firm, undulating and fast greens.
The practice facilities are exceptional and the staff is extremely competent and friendly.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
Condition of Course, Pace of Play, Staff, Pro Shop
