unfortunately the greens and fairways had been punched very recently and we were out the first day it reopened for play. Despite that the qualities of the course shone through and the experience was wonderful. We played three days and it improved each day. Hard to beat Alistair McKenzie. The club is really special. Play there if you can.
Would travel: 120-300 Miles
Bottom line: I would play again, Best course in the area
