This is a GREAT course for the high handicap player. It's VERY flat, particularly on the front nine, and wide open. Very few trees or hazzards to contend with. The course really begins at number fifteen, a five hundred plus yard par five, with a large pond in front of the green. It's not reachable in two shots, unless you hit a three hundred plus yard drive from the regular tee. Sixteen is a four hundred plus yard par four with two water hazzards in the fairway that can be driven into from the regular tee. There are trees right and left and standing stone creek guards the left, particularly on the second shot. Miss the green, left, and you are in the creek. Seventeen is a mid distance par three with a pond in front of the green. Eighteen is a plus five hundred yard par five with trees and out-of bounds on the left. The price is right, particularly after 3:00 pm, but it's not much of a course

Would travel: 30 -60 miles
Bottom line: Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
