This course is consistently one of the most serene place to play in Central Illinois. The location is close to I-74, but you hear none of the highway noise. The staff is very friendly and the renovated tees make the Blue Tees a lot to handle. 6700 yards plays long when the course is damp. The front nine is more exposed and the back nine wanders through the trees a bit more. Holes 10,11, and 12 are challanges to any golfer. The course is a County Park District and the conditioning is good. The green fees are a bargin.

Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
