I had played the original course (Cholla) a few years ago and loved it. Played the new course (Saguaro) this time and loved it even more. maybe because I played very well. The fairways here are very wide and forgiving and the views are spectacular. You need a good short game to score well here. The rate in June is $75 which is pretty good compared to local rates in the Winter. They let a fivesome out in front of us which could have been a problem, but they didn't play too slowly. We only got backed up on the par 3's. I went straight to the airport from the course (about 3o minutes away) and the shower facilites are not up to the same quality as the course as there is really no locker room to speak of. If you need locker room/shower facilities Troon, the Boulders and Grayhawk are much better, but this course is as good as any of those. Here is a link to a slideshow my photos of We-Ko-Pa Saguaro:

Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, Layout, Ambiance, No Houses on Course
