Everything was very nice. Tees, fairways, and greens are all well kept, which is rare for executive courses. Not a whole lot of difficulty, but a great place to practice or bring a beginner. Pace was great when I was there; went in the late afternoon and never had anyone in front or behind me. Finished in about an hour & fifteen minutes. Paid $14 to walk; cart is a waste unless you have a kid who wants it or someone that needs it.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
Condition of Course, No Houses on Course, Pace of Play
