The fairways are a bit thin in some areas due to Bermuda grass not being over-seeded for winter. Greens are tricky and speed was 10. Tee boxes were over-seeded and looked good. This course is a real golf challenge to any level player. The layout makes you think through each shot. To enhance your playing experience, play from the proper tees. This is a second shot course, as you will pay a price for missing the green with your approach shot. There is water on 16 holes, but some water does not easily come into play.
The clubhouse has a nice bar and lunchroom area.
The staff is helpful and courteous.
The pro shop is well stocked with all the necessary golf supplies.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Best course in the area
