I loved the layout--but you better be able to hit off of sidehill, downhill and uphill lies or it's going to be a very long day. Played with three young army officers; I'm 62; we had one caddy along but it still took us 5 hours. Very undulating greens--very easy to end up 60 feet from the pin. Hard greens; hit more than one full wedge onto the putting surface and never found one pitch mark. Must walk this course, no carts allowed. Lots of elevation changes.
Even though I'm not a Pierce county resident, the round a pull cart, a rental set of clubs, and range balls came to $101. Every bit as much fun as Pebble Beach but so much more expensive. Staff attitude is very welcoming. My advice? Play it before it becomes truly discovered

Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level
