Only 18 of the 27 holes are actually designed by Palmer however all 27 holes are well done. This is the most challenging of the courses in The Villages. The greens are well kept and roll well. The fairways are in good shape. The rough is kept low to allow the course to play a little easier. for those of you up in the DC area paying $65+ dollars for a public dog track this place will be amazing. Time to play is 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Well staffed. The food in the country club is excellent!

Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
