I've been playing "The Links" for ten years and it's always fun and most of the time in very good condition (they did have a problem with the 18th green a couple of years running but that situation seems to have been resolved). I have a Saturday group of anywhere from 8 to 16 players and "The Links" is one of our favorite venues.

Bottom line: I would play again, Bargain priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing, Ranks with the best in this price level
