Beside (literally) the Wynn course, where else can you play within one block of "The Strip"? Course conditions are not even in the ballpark as compared to Wynn, but definitely well maintained as a private course should be. We played in early March and the greens were quite furry and the traps were inconsistent. We really enjoyed the ambiance and you could imagine that Frank, Dean or Sammy would show up on the next tee. The close proximity of the houses around the course were a bit disconcerting but this should only impact a player with a handicap above 12 or so. The pace of play was 4 hours and spacing of groups about what you would expect on a private course.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
