This is a municipal golf course and seems to come out of the winter dormant grass season slowly. The there is also speculation that the reclaimed water used to irrigate has harmed the turf. The greens are still fast but a bit bumpy. Fairways were good. The tee boxes had just been airified and are temporarily bad. It seems like by midsummer the greens get fast and smooth - true. This is one of my favorites, while not a long course (par 70 maybe 6200 from the tips) par is not challanged on this layout by even the best. This would be a great choice if vacationing in the area for your first round of golf especially if you are not used to bermuda grass. Probably the best value around.
Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
