This may be the last year for this family owned course, as it might be sold this year, although that's been said for a while. This is a good course to practice your short game, par 3s and 4s although there are a few holes the driver can be used. The fairways are rougher grass than normal, the greens have small weeds and bare spots. Sand traps are long gone, now filled in with grasses. The 4th hole was shortened due to high water the day we played.
Despite these conditions, this remains a fun course to play, especially since you can play another round for free. There are no tee times, just walk up and get in line. Nice big tv and small but sufficient selection of drinks and snacks in the dated clubhouse. Will miss this place, should this be its final year.
