I normally travel with a group of good senior golfers. We have already played over 20 different courses this season. My friend and I decided to go to this course and scope it out prior to our group making the trek from CP later this summer. We were pleasantly surprised. Course was very enjoyable to play, difficult and hole layouts were enjoyable. Entire staff in clubhouse and out treated us like we mattered and they wanted us there. Food and beverage area was outstanding but understaffed that day. Rates were great with special golf coupons. We will take our group up to course in August and we are looking forward to the day. Only Coyote Crossing has been better to date with our Indiana experiences. Would recommend this course for great golf and enjoyable day. Only course that is higher in the area is Whitaker Woods but it is far more expensive.

Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level

Just played with our traveling group. We play almost 30 plus courses from many areas and this is always one of our most enjoyable. Not quite championship caliber but is a very nice course with challenging holes and great clubhouse and restaurant. The staff is outstanding and cost was great to our seniors. All like this course and is definitely the finest in the Valpo.LaPorte, Michigan City area. Only Whitaker Woods is better in New Buffalo. Would recommend this course.
