It's a fun course and a challenge from the tips but it definitely could use some work. When I played there were some fairways, bunkers, and tee boxes in poor conditon; and two greens that looked to have gopher problems. I was also a bit perturbed by a grounds keeper who drove his cart into the greenside bunker to smooth it while I was putting. On the positive side the back nine is beautiful and has a some great views. To be fair, most of the greens were in good shape and perhaps the groundskeeper just had a bad night.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Average course for the area, Better courses for less nearby
