I play here a lot. The greens are always in good shape, but can be very fast/difficult from fall to spring. Fairways are always in great shape. Several of the tee boxes are lumpy and/or uneven especially on par-3s
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
