I've played Rarity Bay several times so far this season. I recommend it among the best public/semi-private courses in the Knoxville area within a 25-40 mile radius. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, pace of play is faster than average because the players overall are more skilled than your typical public course. As part of a high-end housing community, Rarity is well-maintained and spotless. All-in-all an excellent value for the money.
Would travel: 20-30 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Fair priced based on quality and competitive area pricing
