My overall simple evaluation of a course is : Would I play this course again? And I would play Tracy again.
Note: It does have 5 other tee boxes(for the back nine) which then can play as an 18 hole course.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area, Ranks with the best in this price level
