Very heavy play makes course conditions appear tired and over-worked. Offset by the spectacular views of the Wash Monument and other DC landmarks. Air traffic from Wash Reagan and Copter traffic around Whitehouse lend charm, rather than a distraction. Overall a fun, classic muni-style course, that would be an enjoyable visit for out-of-towners needing a break from the museums.
