You had better be in or very close to the fairway on this course. If not, expect not only desert, but rock. This course could eat a lot of clubs if one was inclined to hit out of the desert. The mixed tee boxes (some blue, some white) were a nice twist, but confusing and not always well marked. Nothing like a long walk in the hot desert looking for the tee box. Afternoon sun on the back nine made it impossible to see the ball. Best time to tee off would be around 10am.
The course was in great shape and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: Average course for the area, Better courses for less nearby
