Course is hands down the best in the area. They have secured access to water for the course to keep it lush even during the harshest South Texas Summers.
The course is not overly challenging, but They have tiered the geens which puts a premium on distance control. Now throw in a typical coastal 20-30mph wind and let the fun begin.
This a straight forward course and does not try to create difficulty with blind shots and some of the other tricks I have seen on newer courses. Strike the ball well control your distance and tame the wind and you will shot your handicap or below.
Would travel: 60-120 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Best course in the area
